LOWTS AWARDS
The LOWTS AWARDS (Light of the World Teaching Service Awards)
It is a five-year increment teaching service award given by AFTEA. It is open to all teachers and educators in recognition of their teaching services rendered in the United States of America only (Other countries only) for at least five years. It started in 2015 to honor commitment and dedication to the teaching profession.
The categories are:
LOWTS Sapphire Award (5th year)
LOWTS Diamond Award (10th year)
LOWTS Ruby Award (15th year)
LOWTS Emerald Award (20th year)
LOWTS Silver Jubilee Award (25th year)
LOWTS Pearl Jubilee Award (30th year)
LOWTS Emerald Jubilee Award (35th year)
LOWTS Ruby Jubilee Award (40th year)
LOWTS Sapphire Jubilee Award (45th year)
LOWTS Golden Jubilee Award (50th year
LOWTS Lifetime Achievement Award (those who retire from the teaching profession)

The recognition of the LOWTS Award will be held on the 22nd of April 2019 from 4:00 pm to 10 pm in 4W43 Building, 4 West 43 Street, Manhattan, New York City.
